At NextGen Healthcare, we recognized a significant gap in access to educational and career resources for first-generation and underserved high school students in Pittsburgh. Many students lack the support and guidance needed to navigate the path to a healthcare career. We started this program to address this gap, providing targeted support free of charge to help these students overcome barriers and achieve their full potential in the healthcare field. Our goal is to make a meaningful difference by offering opportunities that might otherwise be out of reach.
